VBG Capital Limited acted as the sole sponsor in the share offer. VBG Capital Limited and Quasar Securities Co., Limited acted as the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers in the share offer.

Elegance Commercial and Financial Printing Group Limited was founded in 1980 in Hong Kong and principally provides commercial printing and financial printing services in Hong Kong.
